Haydn delivered staff training for our Swim Teachers on teaching butterfly and breaststroke to beginners. The sessions were extremely structured and easy to understand for even the new teachers in the group. The delivery of the program included a dry theory session that broke the progression of teaching the strokes down and then a practical in the water session to concrete the learning.

Overall the sessions were very well received by the Dolphins Swim School team, the end result was a more confident group of teachers that were no longer as scared to teach these two strokes.
